Narrative:

During night taxi operations, taxiway light was not observed on corner of taxiway T and apron #1 at bermuda (txkf). Noise of an object striking propeller on right side was heard in cockpit. Aircraft was returned to apron #1 and shut down. Note: on post inspection of taxiway light, tower official stated that txwys are hardly visible at night and that 2 occurrences of taxiway lights in the past 30 days had been struck by other airplanes. Also, upon post inspection, over a dozen other taxiway lights were sighted unlit.

Title: LTT TWIN CARGO ACFT STRUCK A TXWY LIGHT WITH THE R SIDE PROP WHILE TAXIING AT NIGHT AT TXKF ARPT.

Narrative: DURING NIGHT TAXI OPS, TXWY LIGHT WAS NOT OBSERVED ON CORNER OF TXWY T AND APRON #1 AT BERMUDA (TXKF). NOISE OF AN OBJECT STRIKING PROP ON R SIDE WAS HEARD IN COCKPIT.
