Narrative:
During pushback, right engine system fail, right reverser fault illuminated and on left side engine generator would not come on line and a left AC fault illuminated. All 3 items require maintenance to clear and/or defer the item. (Engine system fail is not deferrable). The captain elected to take off and fly to maintenance facility in sjc. I don't agree with this but was overruled.

Title: AN MD90 PIC ELECTS TO DEPART SNA ARPT WITH MULTIPLE ACFT FAULTS DISPLAYED ON THE WARNING PANELS DURING PUSHBACK. FO WAS OVERRULED IN HIS DESIRE TO CONSULT MAINT.
Narrative: DURING PUSHBACK, R ENG SYS FAIL, R REVERSER FAULT ILLUMINATED AND ON L SIDE ENG GENERATOR WOULD NOT COME ON LINE AND A L AC FAULT ILLUMINATED.
