Narrative:
I was practicing touch-and-goes. On this particular landing, I had an excessive power and speed, which resulted in a bounce. I should have done a go around after the first bounce, but did not and let the plane come down hard and bounce again. The second time it bounced, the nose gear hit the ground hard and was damaged. To prevent a recurrence, I will get more training on how to better manage my final approach speed, power, and confign, and my decision-making ability to execute gars.
