Narrative:
Passenger refused to put dog in carrier. Was asked several times by flight attendant to put dog in carrier -- passenger refused. Was presented with page abc from manual stating airline policy in regard to pet onboard. Said I was harassing her and never put dog in carrier. Refused to follow crew member requests. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated that the woman snuck the dog on the plane and did not pay to have the dog in the cabin. She went berserk when the reporter showed her the page in her manual about pets remaining in the kennels during flts and tried to take it away from her and keep it for herself. A passenger service manager met the flight and paged the woman on the airplane before any passenger got off. The woman didn't answer the page, but instead, snuck off. One of the other flight attendants pointed her out in the boarding area to the manager. When confronted, the woman accused the reporter of harassing her, but the manager calmly told the lady that she was in the wrong. When the woman continued to rant and rave, the manager decided to cancel her return flight on their airline.

Title: FLT ATTENDANT RPT, S80, LGA-DFW, PAX WITH DOG REFUSED DIRECT ORDER TO PUT DOG IN KENNEL DURING FLT. PAX SUPVR MET FLT, RETURN TRIP CANCELED.
Narrative: PAX REFUSED TO PUT DOG IN CARRIER. WAS ASKED SEVERAL TIMES BY FLT ATTENDANT TO PUT DOG IN CARRIER -- PAX REFUSED. WAS PRESENTED WITH PAGE ABC FROM MANUAL STATING AIRLINE POLICY IN REGARD TO PET ONBOARD. SAID I WAS HARASSING HER AND NEVER PUT DOG IN CARRIER. REFUSED TO FOLLOW CREW MEMBER REQUESTS. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THAT THE WOMAN SNUCK THE DOG ON THE PLANE AND DID NOT PAY TO HAVE THE DOG IN THE CABIN. SHE WENT BERSERK WHEN THE RPTR SHOWED HER THE PAGE IN HER MANUAL ABOUT PETS REMAINING IN THE KENNELS DURING FLTS AND TRIED TO TAKE IT AWAY FROM HER AND KEEP IT FOR HERSELF. A PAX SVC MGR MET THE FLT AND PAGED THE WOMAN ON THE AIRPLANE BEFORE ANY PAX GOT OFF. THE WOMAN DIDN'T ANSWER THE PAGE, BUT INSTEAD, SNUCK OFF. ONE OF THE OTHER FLT ATTENDANTS POINTED HER OUT IN THE BOARDING AREA TO THE MGR. WHEN CONFRONTED, THE WOMAN ACCUSED THE RPTR OF HARASSING HER, BUT THE MGR CALMLY TOLD THE LADY THAT SHE WAS IN THE WRONG. WHEN THE WOMAN CONTINUED TO RANT AND RAVE, THE MGR DECIDED TO CANCEL HER RETURN FLT ON THEIR AIRLINE.
