Narrative:
We were tracking the 054 degree radial to faills intersection off dryer VOR when ATC told us that we were 3 mi south of radial. We got vectored back on course without further incident. Both CDI's were centered at time of occurrence, and both VOR's tested with good checks. However, reception of signal was questionable in area flown.
