Narrative:

I am employed by FBO located on ZZZ, us, airport. Wxv (a medical evacuate/evacuation company owned by XXX) was and is short of maintenance help. Wxv contacted my company on may/fri/00 to see if we could do a 'lubrication inspection' on one of their king air aircraft. We did the work at our location completing the work at XA00 may/sat/00. On may/sun/00 wxv, still behind on their maintenance, called and asked if we could send a mechanic to their location (which is also on ZZZ airport) to assist in a phase inspection of another king air. I was sent to their location on may/mon/00 at XA00. I introduced myself to a mechanic working by the aircraft in phase inspection. He stated that he was not familiar with this aircraft. I told him that I had no experience on these aircraft myself. He said that we could just follow the checklist and the service manuals which were available. I worked alone, following the checklist and manuals. I was asked to go to another aircraft and help. I did so for about 2 hours. I then returned to phase inspection. At the end of the shift, knowing that other wxv mechanics would be in the next day (may/tue/00) to finish the inspection. I initialed the checklist and the items I completed. I inadvertently initialed some blocks which were not inspected. The mechanic who came in the next day found them and inspected the areas I had initialed. No problems were noted and the aircraft was complete and signed off by wxv maintenance.
