Narrative:
Did not accurately monitor position and may have entered phx class B airspace at corner of gilbert and cactus roads -- northeast portion of class B airspace. Floor is 3000 ft, I was at 3900 ft. Once I realized it, turned northeast and dove to 2900 ft to be sure I was out of class B airspace. Recommendation -- these streets do not exist on the ground at this location -- difficult to ascertain aircraft position. Perhaps DME arc from pxr VOR would work better.
