Narrative:
It was a normal taxi out. Within seconds of the takeoff roll, it was aborted. The captain made a PA regarding the situation, telling all that the generator for engine #2 went out. We taxied back to the gate to fix the engine. 59 mins at gate. We took off -- normal operation. Within 5 mins, a passenger told a flight attendant, who then told cockpit crew that there was a major fuel leak venting off the left wing. The captain decided to return to sfo. He made a PA explaining this situation. Being an older B767, we could not dump fuel and would land 'heavy.' the crash fire rescue equipment rescue vehicles would be waiting for us. They were. It was a normal landing. The airport fire chief inspected the aircraft before allowing us to park at the gate. The aircraft was taken OTS.
