Narrative:
The passenger, ms X, lax-ord, started the flight by telling the agent and everyone that she had a first class seat. The agent said she did not. Once on the aircraft, she insisted on standing in the first class galley to make sure there were no empty seats. She wanted flight attendant #1 to stow her bags. During the beverage service, she insisted that drinks should be free, because she was supposed to be in first class. She did pay for the drinks. She sat next to a lady with a baby and the passenger with the baby said she would eat later. During the meal service, we were 1/2 through the meal service, ms X came back, yelling that the lady with the baby had been waiting 30 mins for a meal. She was very rude. I told her the lady was going to let me know when she was ready to eat. She was yelling and was very disruptive. I called our company's passenger center next morning.
