Narrative:
Missed altitude restr. ARTCC cleared us to cross 90 mi southwest of ord at FL240. We began descent with plenty of room to make the restr but got distracted with some minor duties and a PA, and failed to note a fairly good tailwind. We came close to making the restr but missed by about 700 ft. Will definitely make attempts to descend sooner in the future.
