Narrative:

During our descent into atl, we were given an altitude restr at logan intersection at 14000 ft MSL. The captain and I do not recall receiving a speed restr. ZTL told us to contact ZTL. When we checked in, ATC asked what our speed was. I told him 310 KTS. ATC thought we had a speed restr, because the aircraft in front of us and behind us had a 250 KT speed restr at logan intersection. ATC vectored us for runway 9R in atl and we landed safely. I believe the previous controller forgot to give us the speed restr.
