Narrative:

Right after takeoff, passenger seated on XXXX decided to change seats. They got up on climbing stage and proceeded to the back of the aircraft. Flight attendants were still on their jump seats -- we were not 10000 ft yet. I told them to stay in their seats, but they continued to take the last row seats. During flight, they were asking all kinds of questions like why we were in the back of aircraft, why lights were on and curtains open. They requested special meals on beverage flight only. They were loud and aggressive in their tone of voice. About 1 1/2 hours into the flight, I discovered they were drinking out of their own bottle that they had in a red backpack to the middle seat next to them. I informed them that they could not do that, but by that time the bottle was empty (jim bean). On descent, they started to get louder, insisting for us to turn lights down. When they did not get a meal, flight attendant #2 was eating a sandwich he had purchased in tpa and one of them said, 'I better not see her eating twice.' keep in mind flight attendant #2 was a male, not a female. At that point nothing was said. Captain was informed of situation immediately and flight attendant #1 as well. The harassment continued during descent until another passenger told them to be quiet because they were extremely loud at this point. This passenger was a non revenue flight attendant on her way to work. At this point I asked them to calm down and to keep their voices down. One of the passenger told me in spanish 'you don't have to tell me what to do, get out of my face you asshole.' at that point I called #1 purser and requested to have police meet flight. Passenger were reseated to protect flight.

Title: PAX DISTURBANCE.

Narrative: RIGHT AFTER TKOF, PAX SEATED ON XXXX DECIDED TO CHANGE SEATS. THEY GOT UP ON CLBING STAGE AND PROCEEDED TO THE BACK OF THE ACFT. FLT ATTENDANTS WERE STILL ON THEIR JUMP SEATS -- WE WERE NOT 10000 FT YET. I TOLD THEM TO STAY IN THEIR SEATS, BUT THEY CONTINUED TO TAKE THE LAST ROW SEATS. DURING FLT, THEY WERE ASKING ALL KINDS OF QUESTIONS LIKE WHY WE WERE IN THE BACK OF ACFT, WHY LIGHTS WERE ON AND CURTAINS OPEN. THEY REQUESTED SPECIAL MEALS ON BEVERAGE FLT ONLY. THEY WERE LOUD AND AGGRESSIVE IN THEIR TONE OF VOICE. ABOUT 1 1/2 HRS INTO THE FLT, I DISCOVERED THEY WERE DRINKING OUT OF THEIR OWN BOTTLE THAT THEY HAD IN A RED BACKPACK TO THE MIDDLE SEAT NEXT TO THEM. WHEN THEY DID NOT GET A MEAL, FLT ATTENDANT #2 WAS EATING A SANDWICH HE HAD PURCHASED IN TPA AND ONE OF THEM SAID, 'I BETTER NOT SEE HER EATING TWICE.' KEEP IN MIND FLT ATTENDANT #2 WAS A MALE, NOT A FEMALE. AT THAT POINT NOTHING WAS SAID. CAPT WAS INFORMED OF SIT IMMEDIATELY AND FLT ATTENDANT #1 AS WELL. THE HARASSMENT CONTINUED DURING DSCNT UNTIL ANOTHER PAX TOLD THEM TO BE QUIET BECAUSE THEY WERE EXTREMELY LOUD AT THIS POINT. THIS PAX WAS A NON REVENUE FLT ATTENDANT ON HER WAY TO WORK. AT THIS POINT I ASKED THEM TO CALM DOWN AND TO KEEP THEIR VOICES DOWN. ONE OF THE PAX TOLD ME IN SPANISH 'YOU DON'T HAVE TO TELL ME WHAT TO DO, GET OUT OF MY FACE YOU ASSHOLE.' AT THAT POINT I CALLED #1 PURSER AND REQUESTED TO HAVE POLICE MEET FLT. PAX WERE RESEATED TO PROTECT FLT.
