Narrative:

On climb out from fll, we received first a TA, then an RA for traffic on the right side of the aircraft which was not in sight by either pilot. Our assigned heading was 090 degrees. TCASII verified other aircraft was 400 ft below and to the right (1500 ft). I deviated to the left of our assigned heading by 40 degrees to avoid conflict. Other aircraft was also climbing and turning left. Tower admitted responsibility.
