Narrative:
Taxiing out, I made announcement for flight attendants to be seated for takeoff. Seat belt sign was on. Flight attendants acknowledged they were seated. Around 6TH in line for takeoff. Eventually cleared for takeoff. As we began takeoff roll, flight attendant called flight deck and stated that a flight attendant and some passenger were standing. I informed the captain. He elected to continue the takeoff. The people standing sat in laps of seated people or held on to something during takeoff. Later in climb out, the forward flight attendant entered the flight deck to explain what happened. 2 passenger got out of their seats, one could not speak english, the other was ignorant of what they were doing. Flight attendant tried unsuccessfully to seat them, then the flight deck was called. English-understanding passenger was later talked to about their actions and understood the lesson learned.
