Narrative:
Departed ord with autopressurization deferred. Climbed normally through 13000 ft. Captain (PNF) noticed cabin altitude reaching 8000 ft. Adjusted cabin altitude during climb through FL190. Leveled off at FL210. Cabin altitude indicator was amber. Aom procedure followed for condition. First officer requested descent. Meanwhile, cabin altitude continued to rise (amber dashes on cabin right). Cabin altitude reached 14500 ft. Oxygen masks were donned as we continued descent. Oxygen masks deployed in main cabin descending through 15000 ft. Started regaining control of cabin. Altitude leveled off at 10000 ft. Recalculated fuel. Climbed up to 15000 ft and continued safely to destination. Passenger were briefed and flight attendant reassured everyone was safe in the main cabin.

Title: EMJ FLT DEPARTS WITH INOP AUTO PRESSURIZATION AND LOSES MANUAL PRESSURIZATION IN CLB.
Narrative: DEPARTED ORD WITH AUTOPRESSURIZATION DEFERRED. CLBED NORMALLY THROUGH 13000 FT. CAPT (PNF) NOTICED CABIN ALT REACHING 8000 FT. ADJUSTED CABIN ALT DURING CLB THROUGH FL190. LEVELED OFF AT FL210. CABIN ALT INDICATOR WAS AMBER. AOM PROC FOLLOWED FOR CONDITION. FO REQUESTED DSCNT. MEANWHILE, CABIN ALT CONTINUED TO RISE (AMBER DASHES ON CABIN R). CABIN ALT REACHED 14500 FT. OXYGEN MASKS WERE DONNED AS WE CONTINUED DSCNT. OXYGEN MASKS DEPLOYED IN MAIN CABIN DSNDING THROUGH 15000 FT. STARTED REGAINING CTL OF CABIN. ALT LEVELED OFF AT 10000 FT. RECALCULATED FUEL. CLBED UP TO 15000 FT AND CONTINUED SAFELY TO DEST. PAX WERE BRIEFED AND FLT ATTENDANT REASSURED EVERYONE WAS SAFE IN THE MAIN CABIN.
