Departed on training flight at gxy. Made 3 radio advisories prior to colln. Preparing to turn outbound for procedure turn. Spotted aircraft (cessna single) on head-on collision course. Took aircraft from student, who was under view limiting device, and dove to the right to avoid. Attempted to raise other aircraft on CTAF with no success.
