Narrative:
Sfo quiet bridge visual runway 28R. Did not level off at 4000 ft 13 DME. ATC discovered the problem and we were told to level off at our present altitude of 3100 ft. Contributing factors: looking for traffic to runway 28L. Corrective actions: vertical profile on chart to look for step downs, missed approach. Should say: 'runway 28L turn left 265 degrees to 3000 ft. Runway 28R turn right 310 degrees to 3000 ft.'
