Narrative:
Approximately 2 hours after takeoff the captain informed me a light in the cockpit was on that needed to be checked. It was not an emergency, but maintenance controller had informed him that we needed to return to ZZZ. We did so, with no incident. Landed safely, deplaned and boarded another aircraft and returned to ZZZ1.
