I was called by a member of our pilot association and was told that this flight operated without the notation of 1000 pounds fuel in the center tank on the flight plan. I have no recollection of this.

Title: A FOKKER 100 WAS OPERATED IN NON COMPLIANCE OF AN AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE WITH NO NOTATION ENTERED IN FLT PLAN OF 1000 LBS FUEL IN CTR TANK.
Narrative: I WAS CALLED BY A MEMBER OF OUR PLT ASSOCIATION AND WAS TOLD THAT THIS FLT OPERATED WITHOUT THE NOTATION OF 1000 LBS FUEL IN THE CTR TANK ON THE FLT PLAN. I HAVE NO RECOLLECTION OF THIS.
