Narrative:
On dec/tue/03, I was assigned to work the line performing special item X. As I checked in at the line, I was told that I would also be doing tire pressure checks and cone bolt inspection, plus being responsible for faxing all this information to maintenance planning. I am not surprised I overlooked the 2 chkofs on page 9 of that special item. I do not feel I failed to do my job properly with regards to the duties that were assigned to me. I am confident that I performed the check on these 2 items in question, but because of the amount of paperwork involved, plus the effort in meeting each aircraft at all the different gates at termination, it is possible I could have missed checking off those 2 items.
