Narrative:
About 15 mins after takeoff, the plane hit turbulence. I returned to my jumpseat. It stopped so I got up again. We hit totally unexpected (it seemed smooth). I grabbed the hand-hold with my left hand. I was thrown around and twisted into my left side near the cockpit door. I then lost hold and was thrown into the cockpit door. I fell on the floor and continued to bang around until the plane leveled out. Everything on the counter in first class smashed on the floor, including an entire insert of drinks (12 glasses full). Glass flew everywhere. Passenger were screaming and banged around in their seats. They were in seatbelts.
