Narrative:
Removed captain's seat lap belt from valid seat from stock; and installed it on captain's seat. Checked lap buckle ok. Forgot to check shoulder belt in lap buckle. Captain's seat belt was replaced with correct effectivity part. Part effectivity was incorrect.
