Narrative:
Training on krant/daily position at pct. Dca tower called with a go around on air carrier X heading 050 degrees climbing to 2000 ft. We acknowledged. Aircraft checked on; radar idented; and was observed heading into P-56A. Air carrier X turned to a 170 degree heading. We coordination heading with approach sector dcafe (combined with dcafw; ojayy; ensue). He acknowledged. Military Y; C21; departed adw heading 270 degrees climbing to 3000 ft. Separation was lost.

Title: CRJ-200 MADE A MISSED APCH AT DCA AND PENETRATED P-56 AIRSPACE. WHILE BEING RADAR VECTORED; SEPARATION WAS LOST WITH A DEPARTING MIL C-21 OFF OF ADW AFB.
