Narrative:
I called eet unicom 122.7 at a distance of about 6 mi for airport advisory. No contact or reply. I tried twice again making contact at about 5-4 mi. No contact or reply. I heard no other aircraft in the eet pattern; but was receiving other aircraft xmissions from other fields that were using 122.7. I had also transmitted and received transmission from aircraft in the eky pattern. Thus I had no reason to believe that I had a faulty radio. There was no wind at that time as verified by rising smoke in the immediate vicinity and by the fact it was windless at eky from which I had just departed. I then set up to land on runway 15 at eet. I broadcast; in the blind; my intentions and my position in the pattern at eet. At about 100 ft prior to touchdown on runway 15 at eet; I observed another aircraft at approximately the same position; landing on runway 33 at eet (a head-on situation). The other aircraft initiated a go around at the same time I was initiating a go around. I noted the other aircraft was already climbing; so I proceeded to make a normal landing on runway 15.

Title: YAK-52 PLT AT UNCTLED ARPT LANDS ON RWY 15 WHILE TFC APCHS ARPT OPPOSITE DIRECTION RWY 33.
Narrative: I CALLED EET UNICOM 122.7 AT A DISTANCE OF ABOUT 6 MI FOR ARPT ADVISORY. NO CONTACT OR REPLY. I TRIED TWICE AGAIN MAKING CONTACT AT ABOUT 5-4 MI. NO CONTACT OR REPLY. I HEARD NO OTHER ACFT IN THE EET PATTERN; BUT WAS RECEIVING OTHER ACFT XMISSIONS FROM OTHER FIELDS THAT WERE USING 122.7. I HAD ALSO XMITTED AND RECEIVED XMISSION FROM ACFT IN THE EKY PATTERN. I THEN SET UP TO LAND ON RWY 15 AT EET. I BROADCAST; IN THE BLIND; MY INTENTIONS AND MY POS IN THE PATTERN AT EET. AT ABOUT 100 FT PRIOR TO TOUCHDOWN ON RWY 15 AT EET; I OBSERVED ANOTHER ACFT AT APPROX THE SAME POS; LNDG ON RWY 33 AT EET (A HEAD-ON SITUATION). THE OTHER ACFT INITIATED A GAR AT THE SAME TIME I WAS INITIATING A GAR. I NOTED THE OTHER ACFT WAS ALREADY CLBING; SO I PROCEEDED TO MAKE A NORMAL LNDG ON RWY 15.
