Narrative:
During descent passenger notified flight attendant that wing had apparent crack or bubble. Flight attendant reported glare. Once parked; first officer inspected area from ladders both fore and aft of the wing and reported paint cracks but no other abnormalities. Maintenance inspected and reported delamination of that panel between skin and honeycomb beneath. Aircraft was taken OTS. Supplemental information from acn 770934: after this flight attendants decided they were uncomfortable flying with us and removed themselves from the flight. These were not the flight attendants that worked the previous flight with us. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: reporter stated this was the second row of upper wing panels; just outboard of the left main landing gear and fwd of the trailing edge flaps.
