Narrative:
Enroute from ZZZ1 to ZZZ2 descending through FL300; we received a right 14th duct master warning message. We performed the right 14th duct QRH procedure. The right 14th duct master warning message did not extinguish within the prescribed time; so we diverted to the nearest suitable airport (ZZZ) per the QRH procedure. I declared an emergency with ATC and informed the flight attendant and passengers of the situation. ZZZ crash fire rescue met us exiting the runway as requested; and performed a visual inspection of the aircraft. ZZZ crash fire rescue reported that there were no visual abnormalities. I informed the flight attendant and passengers that crash fire rescue reported that everything looked ok and we taxied to the gate.
