Narrative:
We were told to 'taxi to runway 19R.' on taxiway G near G6 (wide spot) we asked for takeoff clearance and taxied to where G ends at runway 19R approach end. After some hesitation, tower cleared us into position and cancelled takeoff clearance on runway 7L for a small aircraft. Apparently, there is a hold short line (and small sign) at the wide spot on G. We never saw it, it is not noted on either commerical or NOAA charts.
