Narrative:
7/88 I operated a flight, scheduled service between wrangell and ketchikan, ak. Flight originated in kake, ak, continued to petersburg, wrangell, and concluded in ketchikan. I completed weight and balance calculations based upon information obtained by dispatchers (passenger names and weights and baggage and cargo weights) in each location. Upon completion of the flight I was ramp checked by juneau FSDO. Upon reviewing my weight and balance/load manifest, he remarked upon an omission of destination data for passenger originating in petersburg and also an 'inadequately prepared manifest.' he was referring to unstandardized station dispatching. Our station dispatcher in petersburg was a new employee who was not properly trained. As PIC, I realize I am responsible for obtaining all information required by far 135.63 (C) 1-8. I have reviewed standard manifest requirements with all of our dispatchers and require properly completed manifest forms on all my flts.
