Narrative:

A SB20 called ready for departure from runway 16L full length. At the same time; the SB20 called ready for departure from runway 16L at hotel intersection. Right before they called ready for departure; a hawker jet (H25B) was landing roll on 16L. I issued 'SB20; runway 16L; full length; line up and wait' and then 'SB20; runway 16L at hotel; line up and wait' to position the two aircraft for departure. When the H25B turned left and exited at taxiway delta; I issued 'SB20; runway 16L at hotel; cleared for takeoff' and 'SB20; use caution for possible jet blast from the gulfstream 5 departing 16L at hotel'. When I had adequate radar departure separation; I issued 'SB20; runway 16L; full length; cleared for takeoff'. I was concentrating more on expediting the departures than on luaw at an intersection at night and simultaneous luaw on the same runway at night. Recommend not putting aircraft into luaw at an intersection at night and not putting two aircraft into luaw on the same runway.

Title: AFW Controllers described a departure event when proper Line Up And Wait (LUAW) procedures were not utilized from an intersection and during night time hours.
