Narrative:

I was performing an aerial photography flight where a cameraman inside the helicopter along with several on the ground would film an individual repelling out of the aircraft. Concerned about whether this might be considered a part 133 operation I consulted our company poi. He thought that since [the individual] was just repelling to the ground; it would not be considered part 133. When the repeller was half way down he stopped and the director radioed me to reposition about 50 yards to the right which I did. My concern is that this may have transformed into a part 133 operation which our company is not yet certificated to do.
