Narrative:

Lgw/bos cleared via nate. Over 55N 50W cleared by gander ATC via na route 182 to bos. According to company supplied commercial chart at-65, dated M 4/89, na 182 is redby direct hp J571 Y5J direct allex. The INS was programmed as per chart at-65. Approximately 150 NM downtrack from hp the crew noticed aircraft ahead that had same clearance deviating to our right or north. Crew queried moncton center about deviation and about na 182 and was advised na 182 was direct allex after hp and that their last data was dated east 4/89, and all aircraft were proceeding via hp direct allex. Our concern was about conflict of data and dates of data (ie, center had east 4/89 and we had M 4/89).
