Narrative:
Aircraft was pushed back from gate at ord and positioned for engine start, taxi-out. All 3 engines were started. Aircraft position required slight right turn to exit ramp area on the yellow taxi line. Idle power was used for entire portion of taxi out of ramp area. Prior to takeoff ramp manager on duty informed me that a baggage cart was blown into wing flap of another aircraft on gate. I recommend that all aircraft be towed completely out of Y area prior to engine start.
