Narrative:
The abnormal non standard noise abatement procedure used at sna constitutes a safety hazard for both the air crews, passenger and residents of the sna area. The gross deviation from normal procedures leaves no margin for error or response to any type of abnormal or emergency situation. This procedure is an accident waiting to happen.

Narrative: THE ABNORMAL NON STANDARD NOISE ABATEMENT PROC USED AT SNA CONSTITUTES A SAFETY HAZARD FOR BOTH THE AIR CREWS, PAX AND RESIDENTS OF THE SNA AREA. THE GROSS DEVIATION FROM NORMAL PROCS LEAVES NO MARGIN FOR ERROR OR RESPONSE TO ANY TYPE OF ABNORMAL OR EMER SITUATION. THIS PROC IS AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN.
