Narrative:

Because of weight our medium large transport was not able to use lga runway 13 for takeoff so we requested runway 22. Lga tower approved runway 22 with departure procedure of climb runway heading to 1000 then left to 070. After takeoff we were switched to la guardia departure 120.4. We climbed to 1000 and started turn to 070. We accomplished company and FAA approved clean-up procedures. Departure gave us a new heading of 090 degree at about 3000 ft and 070 heading in the turn with the aircraft at 30 degree bank and 220 KTS (min clean speed 214 KTS). Departure told us we were getting into jfk's airspace and to tighten our turn and turn to 360. Because of our weight we told departure that we were as tight as we could turn, because of the slight tailwind at lga. I believe the wind at 3000 was pushing us toward jfk. If lga tower and departure are going to approve 22 departures for heavy aircraft they should consider large turning radius.

Title: ACR MLG UNAUTHORIZED PENETRATION OF JFK ATA.

Narrative: BECAUSE OF WT OUR MLG WAS NOT ABLE TO USE LGA RWY 13 FOR TKOF SO WE REQUESTED RWY 22. LGA TWR APPROVED RWY 22 WITH DEP PROC OF CLB RWY HDG TO 1000 THEN L TO 070. AFTER TKOF WE WERE SWITCHED TO LA GUARDIA DEP 120.4. WE CLBED TO 1000 AND STARTED TURN TO 070. WE ACCOMPLISHED COMPANY AND FAA APPROVED CLEAN-UP PROCS. DEP GAVE US A NEW HDG OF 090 DEG AT ABOUT 3000 FT AND 070 HDG IN THE TURN WITH THE ACFT AT 30 DEG BANK AND 220 KTS (MIN CLEAN SPD 214 KTS). DEP TOLD US WE WERE GETTING INTO JFK'S AIRSPACE AND TO TIGHTEN OUR TURN AND TURN TO 360. BECAUSE OF OUR WT WE TOLD DEP THAT WE WERE AS TIGHT AS WE COULD TURN, BECAUSE OF THE SLIGHT TAILWIND AT LGA. I BELIEVE THE WIND AT 3000 WAS PUSHING US TOWARD JFK. IF LGA TWR AND DEP ARE GOING TO APPROVE 22 DEPS FOR HVY ACFT THEY SHOULD CONSIDER LARGE TURNING RADIUS.
