Narrative:
A LOA exists between fay, myr, ilm, flo, cae, chs, ZJX and the 20TH operations groups at shaw air force base to cover procedures for the IR035 route. The letter states 'upon request for entry at alternate point 'C' fay shall coordinate with myr. It also states fay shall coordinate with flo for approval.' I was working the radar position when myr calls me for approval into the route at point C. This is the first time I have seen an entry at point 'C' so I approved the entry into the route. I was working moderate and complex traffic at the time. I immediately remembered that coordination needed to be effected with flo approach. I coordinated with flo 12 mins prior to the aircraft's scheduled entry time. The problem lies in the fact I expected the aircraft to request with me entry into the IR035 at point C and not myr. When myr coordinated for approval it changed the entire sequence of events and could have caused me not to coordinate with flo in a timely manner or I could have very easily 'assumed' myr would take care of the coordination since they had the information.

Title: ATC INTERFAC COORD.
Narrative: A LOA EXISTS BTWN FAY, MYR, ILM, FLO, CAE, CHS, ZJX AND THE 20TH OPS GROUPS AT SHAW AIR FORCE BASE TO COVER PROCS FOR THE IR035 RTE. THE LETTER STATES 'UPON REQUEST FOR ENTRY AT ALTERNATE POINT 'C' FAY SHALL COORDINATE WITH MYR. IT ALSO STATES FAY SHALL COORDINATE WITH FLO FOR APPROVAL.' I WAS WORKING THE RADAR POS WHEN MYR CALLS ME FOR APPROVAL INTO THE RTE AT POINT C. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE SEEN AN ENTRY AT POINT 'C' SO I APPROVED THE ENTRY INTO THE RTE. I WAS WORKING MODERATE AND COMPLEX TFC AT THE TIME. I IMMEDIATELY REMEMBERED THAT COORD NEEDED TO BE EFFECTED WITH FLO APCH. I COORDINATED WITH FLO 12 MINS PRIOR TO THE ACFT'S SCHEDULED ENTRY TIME. THE PROB LIES IN THE FACT I EXPECTED THE ACFT TO REQUEST WITH ME ENTRY INTO THE IR035 AT POINT C AND NOT MYR. WHEN MYR COORDINATED FOR APPROVAL IT CHANGED THE ENTIRE SEQUENCE OF EVENTS AND COULD HAVE CAUSED ME NOT TO COORDINATE WITH FLO IN A TIMELY MANNER OR I COULD HAVE VERY EASILY 'ASSUMED' MYR WOULD TAKE CARE OF THE COORD SINCE THEY HAD THE INFO.
