Narrative:

While repositioning the aircraft from apa to bjc in VFR conditions, I did not contact den approach. I just switched from centennial to jeffco tower. I flew at 8000 ft MSL. After I landed I checked the class B chart and saw that the airspace just west of dia was class B down to 7000 ft MSL. On the direct course between apa and bjc I may have flown through this class B airspace without the required clearance. I did not properly preflight plan my route or altitude and should have contacted approach control while en route. It was poor judgement on my part.
