Narrative:

We were cleared for a visual approach to runway 23L at tys. At approximately 700 ft AGL on final, we received a TA and looked up and saw a twin engine airplane turning base. The tower cleared him for a r-hand pattern and he flew a l-hand pattern. At the same time we noticed him, we took a right turn offsetting final until he flew past us in the opposite direction. It wasn't an abrupt turn because we had visual contact with him the whole time. We continued with a normal descent and landing once we were realigned with final.
