Narrative:

Flight XXX ewr-pit landed pit in aircraft X. Flight XXX pit-pbi pushed back 6 mins earlier than schedule in aircraft Y. This is a conflict. Company computer never alerted on dispatch computer until pit-pbi portion pushed back. Flight outbound immediately advised by dispatch to hold position on ramp until inbound flight blocked at gate. The alert message generated at time pit-pbi portion pushed back and not before. The flight number outbound should be amended if a conflict is possible in that close a time frame or flight should not be permitted to push back early unless dispatch notified to check it out.

Narrative: FLT XXX EWR-PIT LANDED PIT IN ACFT X. FLT XXX PIT-PBI PUSHED BACK 6 MINS EARLIER THAN SCHEDULE IN ACFT Y. THIS IS A CONFLICT. COMPANY COMPUTER NEVER ALERTED ON DISPATCH COMPUTER UNTIL PIT-PBI PORTION PUSHED BACK. FLT OUTBOUND IMMEDIATELY ADVISED BY DISPATCH TO HOLD POS ON RAMP UNTIL INBOUND FLT BLOCKED AT GATE. THE ALERT MESSAGE GENERATED AT TIME PIT-PBI PORTION PUSHED BACK AND NOT BEFORE. THE FLT NUMBER OUTBOUND SHOULD BE AMENDED IF A CONFLICT IS POSSIBLE IN THAT CLOSE A TIME FRAME OR FLT SHOULD NOT BE PERMITTED TO PUSH BACK EARLY UNLESS DISPATCH NOTIFIED TO CHK IT OUT.
