Narrative:
I was working local control position at cvg ATCT. I cleared air carrier X to land on runway 36C. I then cleared air carrier Y for takeoff on runway 27; a crossing runway. I then told air carrier Z position and hold on runway 27 awaiting wake turbulence separation. Once wake turbulence separation was achieved; I cleared air carrier Z for takeoff on runway 27. I then realized that air carrier X was on landing roll on runway 36C.

I THEN TOLD ACR Z POS AND HOLD ON RWY 27 AWAITING WAKE TURB SEPARATION. ONCE WAKE TURB SEPARATION WAS ACHIEVED; I CLRED ACR Z FOR TKOF ON RWY 27. I THEN REALIZED THAT ACR X WAS ON LNDG ROLL ON RWY 36C.
