Narrative:
Just after takeoff on las runway 25R, tower advised us an aircraft (grumman) had taken off without clearance on runway 19. We passed overhead this aircraft and never saw it.

Title: LAS LCL CTLR ADVISES B757 AFTER DEP THAT A GA ACFT DEPARTED AN INTERSECTING RWY WITHOUT CLRNC AND HAD PASSED BENEATH THE ACR.
Narrative: JUST AFTER TKOF ON LAS RWY 25R, TWR ADVISED US AN ACFT (GRUMMAN) HAD TAKEN OFF WITHOUT CLRNC ON RWY 19. WE PASSED OVERHEAD THIS ACFT AND NEVER SAW IT.
