Narrative:

Air carrier X began receiving pre departure clearance clearance out of san jose. Due to no/poor training on how to read pre departure clearance; we experienced at least 2 pltdevs due to aircraft flying incorrect SID. When departing runway 12 we have 2 different sids that can be assigned altam/danville; depending on flow at sfo. This is not normally a problem when departing runway 30 but it could be if aircraft files sjc 9; however; computer center route assigned loupe departure. The added responsibility placed on controller to ensure aircraft receives correct routing because air carrier X failed to train its pilots is unfortunate.

Title: SJC CTLR EXPRESSED CONCERN REGARDING LACK OF TRAINING RELATING TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PDC CLRNCS.

Narrative: ACR X BEGAN RECEIVING PDC CLRNC OUT OF SAN JOSE. DUE TO NO/POOR TRAINING ON HOW TO READ PDC; WE EXPERIENCED AT LEAST 2 PLTDEVS DUE TO ACFT FLYING INCORRECT SID. WHEN DEPARTING RWY 12 WE HAVE 2 DIFFERENT SIDS THAT CAN BE ASSIGNED ALTAM/DANVILLE; DEPENDING ON FLOW AT SFO. THIS IS NOT NORMALLY A PROB WHEN DEPARTING RWY 30 BUT IT COULD BE IF ACFT FILES SJC 9; HOWEVER; COMPUTER CTR RTE ASSIGNED LOUPE DEP. THE ADDED RESPONSIBILITY PLACED ON CTLR TO ENSURE ACFT RECEIVES CORRECT ROUTING BECAUSE ACR X FAILED TO TRAIN ITS PLTS IS UNFORTUNATE.
